Oneri is an AI-powered fashion search engine. Like Google Shopping, it indexes publicly available product information and provides personalized product and outfit suggestions based on users' style preferences. The app is free to use; outfit generation works on a credit system.

2. Brand Disclaimer

Oneri is an independent fashion search engine. We have no commercial partnership, collaboration, sponsorship, or official relationship with any brand listed on our platform.

• Product information and images are indexed from brands' publicly available websites
• All product names, logos, and images belong to their respective brand owners
• Oneri does not sell products; it redirects users to the brand's official store
• No guarantee is made regarding price, stock availability, or product information accuracy

Brand owners may request removal of their products from our platform: hello@oneri.app

3. User Obligations

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information
• You must maintain the security of your account
• You may not use the app for illegal purposes
• Automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers) are prohibited
• You may not engage in behavior that negatively affects other users' experience

4. Credit System

Each user receives 2 free outfit generations per month. Additional outfits require purchased credit packs. Purchased credits are non-refundable. Credit packs and pricing are displayed within the app.

5. Intellectual Property

The Oneri app, its design, logo, and content belong to Oneri. Product images and information are the property of their respective brands. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use the app's content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oneri is a fashion recommendation tool. Purchase decisions are entirely the user's responsibility. We do not guarantee stock availability, pricing, or quality of recommended products. We are not responsible for purchases made from third-party stores.

7. Service Changes

Oneri reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
